OASIS accuracy and effective, patient-directed care starts with a team approach and collaboration. In this course, we will discuss what documentation the assessing clinician should be considering with OASIS completion. Additionally, we will review why timely, accurate, and thorough documentation is important, clinical documentation reimbursement requirements, and documenting homebound status and medical necessity. Lastly, learn what is needed for quality narrative note that supports Medicare eligibility.
