Home Health VBP Complete Series
Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) and the recent changes from CMS. Viewers will learn which quality outcome measures are used in HHVBP. Participants will learn the specific OASIS guidance related to items used in the HHVBP calculation and how TNC raw scores are calculated. For HHVBP claims based measures will include the Acute Hospitalization and Emergency Department Use measures even though they will no longer be used in HHQRP. The expectation is eventually the Potentially Preventable Hospitalization measure finalized for use in HHQRP CY2023 will be used in HHVBP. This course will discuss the HHCAHPS measure that will account for 30% of agency's total performance score in HHVBP.
