Hospice Diagnosis & Eligibility Documentation
This course provides a basic overview of hospice coding rules and documentation requirements. It includes instruction on related vs. unrelated diagnosis, certification of terminal illness, primary diagnosis selection, secondary diagnosis selection, LCD guidelines, and much more. This course is self-paced so each participant is able to complete the module as their time allows.
