This course provides hospice clinicians and leaders with an in-depth review of the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP)—including its components, compliance requirements, and impact on reimbursement. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the current HQRP structure, the transition from HIS to HOPE effective October 1, 2025, and the integration of HQRP Measures into public reporting through Care Compare. The session also explores new HOPE-based measures, such as Timely Follow-Up for Pain and Non-Pain Symptoms, Claims-based measures and HCAHPS. It will give practical strategies to maintain compliance and improve hospice performance outcomes.

This course is self-paced so each participant is able to complete the module as their time allows.
