This series will review the OASIS-D1 from the guidance, OASIS basics, to items specifics with tracking, history, diagnosis, integumentary, respiratory, sensory, elimination, neurological, functional, medication, plan of care, emergent care items. How the OASIS is affected by documentation and how the OASIS outcomes affect public reporting. This course will provide a good overview of all the domains of the OASIS D1 data set.
